Content Management System (CMS)

A Content Management System or CMS, is designed to simplify the publication of web content to web sites and mobile devices—in particular, allowing content creators to submit content without requiring technical knowledge of HTML or the uploading of files.

I personally use Drupal as the CMS of choice, why? well, here are some reasons why: Drupal is a fully integrated CMS, easily extendable features, granular permissions, flexible application framework and secure and open code. In addition, since it's an open source CMS, there is no overhead to the client.
